- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Wiring instructions were sent from Southwest Profess.Title to our Lender with their old routing number/account. Account was closed on June 6th. Correct account number was never forwarded to our lender. Our June 21st closing was stopped in the middle of signing because funds went to wrong account and was rejected. Debbie Ogden admitted her boss, Debbie Furnell sent wrong info. Left closing table to go to bank and rewire to correct account/routing number, resulting in delayed closing until the next day. Debbie Furnell will not answer phone calls nor refund $56.00 in our bank fees for wire transfer. We have reported this to the Better Business Bureau.June 28, 2017by Sandra Wilz
